Italian Film Awards

Donatello created a beautiful sculpture of David, and this Italian film award is named for that sculpture: Il David di Donatello.

We're on vacation from lessons until Monday, but you can try out your listening comprehension with the announcer giving the times of different programs on the YouTube video today.

Dinner and Italian Lessons this Week

Monday is Wild Bites Italian Culture Night at the Wild Bites restaurant in Amesbury.  Call for a reservation.  As always, I'll be there and so will many of my adult students. 

The food is fabulous, and you can't beat the $25 price for the delicious gourmet food that Tony prepares for course after course. 

The special guests this time will be the Victor Emanuel Lodge of the Sons of Italy (Haverhill), which is the lodge I've been a member of for the past two years.

Monday's advanced Italian classes at my home will continue the following week.

Tuesday (Carnevale), we continue with our beginning Italian classes at my home.  Class is from 6:30 - 7:30, and the cost is $20.   If you're interested, contact me via the contact link above.

Thursday's Newburyport Adult Education class is on vacation for one week for the February vacation.
